orangeblues 说：过犹不及……反对政府阴谋可以，但为此而变相推荐纯素食就不可了，美国人适可而止靴靴。 开局不错，最后反倒是陷入光动嘴皮子的假把式，还重蹈了开头所说的媒体营销套路：当我想向你输出一个观点，我可以片面地告诉你有利于我的证据，而忽略所有不利的证据，最后告诉你选择权在你——上一次看到这个把戏还是某烟草公司纪录片。
干锅肥肠 说：一部说大实话的纪录片，健康饮食总结起来就是：水果、蔬菜、豆类、粗粮，不想吃素可以加入少量肉类和海产品，避免一切精加工的食物。
