剧情简介 《桑拿生活》是2010年的一部纪录片。由Joonas Berghäll执导，Timo Aalto、Martti Åhman、Pekka Ahonen等联袂主演。桑拿生活，又名Miesten vuoro、生命的蒸气。一群裸体男人坐在桑拿室里，坦白地倾诉着他们的心声。在生锈的炉子产生的热气中，这些人不仅清洗他们的身体也清洗着他们的精神。镜头走进芬兰各地不同的桑拿室，让我们分享洗浴者关于爱，生死，友谊和生活的故事。摄像机以最简单的镜头语言记录下风景，桑拿室和洗桑拿者。其中对人物和感情深度的呈现几乎到了让观众无法忍受下去的边缘。影片以及其亲密的视角向我们展现了这些裸露的灵魂，并刻画出一幅幅充满诗意的芬兰人的画像。 Naked Finnish men sit in the sauna and speak straight from their heart. In the warmth of rusty stoves these men cleanse themselves both physically and mentally. The film travels through Finland and the camera joins men in many different saunas to let us hear touching stories about love, death, birth and friendship; about life. In all of its simplicity the camera records the landscapes, saunas and men in almost magical pictures. The presence of the characters and the depth of the emotion reaches the limit where it is almost intolerable for the viewer to watch. This film reveals the naked souls of these men exceptionally intimately and creates a poetic portrayal of Finnish men.

西南城角 说：男女老少，酸甜苦辣，悲欢离合。就在数平米的空间中，不同的故事在讲述着，水蒸气净化的是身体，诉说释放的是情感。悲伤的父亲，无悔的军人，童年受虐者，唐氏综合症朋友，受惊吓的工友，等。还有一个溺爱狗熊朋友的大叔。这个世界真精彩，有一个治愈心灵的地方，那就是桑拿小木屋。
FS：Pandora 说：桑拿它只是个契机，切入口，给人们提供了那么一个场所，有了可以平心静气交谈的契机，在当下社会，这种契机少之又少。芬兰就是个全民维系的体制，全民维系着这一项契机，不然为什么偏偏是桑拿！保健啊，按摩啊难道就不可以了吗？~只是维系了并且习惯了。
巊 说：六年後終於在德國上映，在Vorpremiere上看了導演針對德國的剪輯版，感覺德文名比原名好很多……Was Männer sonst nicht zeigen...最後導演說拍片時所有工作人員都是全裸，有次有個男的推門，驚呼我艹這裏在拍黃片！哈哈哈哈哈...
